We have a quiet neighborhood, that conveniently sits right outside of town. We are near the James River and Interstate 44 exit – leading to north/south Springfield in record time. Also, a very convenient run to Republic or Battlefield City if in your plans. This is really a great spot to get around for multiple venue activities, or just sit around and relax.
The space was originally used as a family apartment.
It gets a lot of love and maintenance, while maintaining a great level of privacy.
The space is completely private from our living space. The door to upstairs is always locked.
Family of 4 lives upstairs. They are considerate of guests, however you can and should expect normal family noises. Please keep this in mind when considering our space.

You’ll see a gravel driveway with solar lights (and address marker) running the stretch, which will lead to lower level where your unit is (side entry)!
The unit is on the lower level of house. During stay you will hear inaudible noise from a very considerate family upstairs, such as subtle creaks in floor from foot traffic. This will be similar to an apartment complex in this respect.
Also, well water is rich in minerals. For those that don’t like well water, we offer Culligan filtered water for that flavorless water experience.

Our walkout basement space is over 1300 sqft and features smart home light and music integration for a comfortable, fun, and relaxing experience.
The living room boasts a luxurious leather sectional couch, a QLED TV with sound system, a cozy loveseat, a full table, and a partitioned room with a king bed.
In the bedroom, you’ll find two queen beds, nightstands, a professional air hockey table, and a 65-inch Smart TV with an optional DVD player collection. And, for added convenience, our bathroom includes a shower, sink, and a high-end bidet. But that’s not all!
We also have games available for our guests to enjoy, making this a great spot for some family fun. Our quiet neighborhood is just a stone’s throw away from the James River and the Interstate 44 exit, making it quick and easy to get to Springfield or nearby cities. Our space receives lots of love and maintenance, providing a high level of relaxation and privacy for our guests. You’ll have your own private entrance and the unit is completely separate from our living space, ensuring your comfort and privacy during your stay. Our family of four lives upstairs and while we are considerate of our guests, you can expect normal family noises. We’re all excited to have you as our guest! As you approach our house, you’ll see a gravel driveway with solar lights and an address marker that leads to you to the lower level where your unit is located.
